1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document governs the relationship between free365 ("we", "platform") and you as a registered user or member ("you", "member"). 6. Bonus & Promotions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the platform's source code free365.

11. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, free365 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Delays or failures in payment caused by third parties such as banks, e-wallet operators, or payment processors.

In all cases, the maximum amount of liability free365 to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination & Closure

free365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The member holds multiple accounts or registered using false information.
